These terms and conditions shall govern your use of our website.


This website is owned and operated by Knowles Equestrian Collection Ltd (KEC or Knowles Equestrian)

Knowles Equestrian Collection Ltd is the supplier of equestrian goods. By accessing and using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full; accordingly, if you disagree with these terms and conditions, you must not use our website. Our terms and conditions may be modified at any time, without notice. It is your responsibility to ensure you are familiar with this document and by completing an order you are verifying you understand this. KEC reserve all other rights.


All goods are priced including VAT at 20% where the delivery country is within the UK. All orders are charged in GBP. All prices advertised are subject to change.

-Goods & Services

By ordering a product online, it is subject to availability and confirmation of the order price by us. Alternatives may be offered if an item is unavailable. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and are limited to mainland UK. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays. KEC is entitled to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by emailing, by phone call or text massage. When shopping with KEC you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are authorised to make the payment for goods. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible.

-Disclaimer/Copyright Notice

Any trade marks/names featured on the KEC website are owned by the respective trade mark owners. Where a trade mark (brand name) is referred to it is used to describe or identify the products. You must not use our website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute material which consists of any spyware/computer virus/worm etc.

-Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order in writing within 7 days (by post or email) and the goods must be returned at your own expense and in saleable condition. (Please see RETURNS page on our website for more details.)

-Damaged/Missing Goods

If you should receive a damaged item that is not in perfect condition or was damaged in the post, you must notify us immediately by emailing Sales@KnowlesEC.co.uk or Customerservices@knowlesEC.co.uk 

If you have any doubts about your statuary rights please contact your local Trading Standards department or Citizens Advise Bureau.


The CASCO helmets are a safety product of the CASCO brand and is manufactured according to strict quality controls at our family-owned manufactory in Europe. Please use the helmet only for sports and areas of application that are approved according to the safety standard on the label inside the helmet and observe the regulations for your country. 

Please read the instructions for use carefully. Mishandling of the helmet can lead to serious injury or even to death. No longer use the helmet if you have the suspicion the helmet may be damaged, this is especially the case when the helmet was subjected to a blow. The helmet wearer is solely responsible for his actions. CASCO International GmbH and Knowles Equestrian Collection Ltd takes no responsibility for any damage or injury caused by inappropriate use of the helmet. We do not accept returns on helmets.

Complies to the European regulation, VG1 01.040 2014-12. Making the Casco helmets fully BD legal.
