Any item/s wished to be returned must be received by us within 14 days of your receipt or no refund will be given. Item/s must be returned in a clean and unused condition, in the original packaging and with the labels attached. We regret we are unable to accept any returned goods unless they are clean and dry (Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.) 

We do not accept returns of helmets.

Items returned must be insured and proof of postage must be obtained by the sender as we cannot take responsibility for any items lost in transit. Please clearly address the returned goods to:

Exchanges or refunds will be returned/refunded as soon as possible when the item/s has been received back to us in a saleable condition. Refunds issued will exclude the postage and an additional postage fee will be charged for all exchanges made. 

Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for returned sale items or discounted items (unless faulty.) A credit note to the value spent will be issued instead.
